Seaborn Maritime Solutions provides marine survey coordination, port-side operational support, ship chandlery coordination, bunker verification coordination, and related maritime services.

Services may be performed directly or facilitated through established vendor and partner networks.

All services are subject to written confirmation, availability, port conditions, and applicable regulations.

All service engagements require written confirmation.

Vessel details, schedules, port information, and required documentation must be provided accurately by the client.

We reserve the right to decline or modify service requests based on operational feasibility or regulatory considerations.

Pricing quotations are valid only for the specified scope and duration stated.

Payment terms shall be outlined in written quotations or invoices.

Late payments may result in service suspension.

Seaborn Maritime Solutions provides coordination-based maritime support services.

While we strive to ensure accurate execution and reliable coordination, we do not guarantee:

• Port entry approvals
• Vessel clearance outcomes
• Regulatory inspection results
• Weather conditions
• Third-party performance

All services are subject to port authority rules, customs procedures, regulatory oversight, and external factors beyond our control.

Operational timelines may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Seaborn Maritime Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Charter-party disputes
• Delay-related losses
• Third-party service provider errors

Our total liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the total service fee paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seaborn Maritime Solutions, its officers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Inaccurate information provided by the client
• Regulatory violations attributable to vessel operators
• Third-party actions beyond our coordination scope

Clients remain solely responsible for ensuring that vessels, cargo, crew documentation, and operational procedures comply with applicable international, federal, and port-specific regulations.

Our coordination services do not replace statutory compliance obligations of vessel owners or operators.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Port closures
• Governmental actions
• Labor disputes
• War, sanctions, or trade restrictions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding website use and general service engagement unless superseded by a written service contract.
